If Windows Media Player does not open at all, check that you are using Internet Explorer.
It is known that there can be problems if you are using another browser.
If, When you click play, and Windows Media Player opens, but the sermon does not start automatically (after it stops
saying Connecting to Media), just push the play button and it will begin to play.
If the sermon is playing, but no sound is coming out, you may have to wait a minute or so before it will start.
Also, make sure that the speakers are turned on and loud enough.
To download a sermon, you must right-click the download link, and select "Save Target as...".
This will take you to the Save File screen. The sermons are in MP3 format, most computers can read these files.
They are about 10 Megabytes to download
If you are using an older computer and are having problems listening to the sermons,
try normal(left) clicking on the download link.
